Experteer Overview In this role you will design and scale the operational backbone for world-class research at Dow Jones. You’ll lead high-visibility programs to empower non-researchers with self-serve studies, embed UX measurement across B2B products, and pilot AI-enabled research methods. You’ll partner with senior leadership to build durable infrastructure, governance, and tooling that sustain quality research at scale. - Own and drive the Research at Scale program: self-service infrastructure, training, governance, and tooling for independent studies; target training 75+ non-researchers and broad adoption across squads.
- Stand up the B2B UX Measurement program: implement PES + UES scorecards, configure tooling (Pendo), train POs and Design Reps, and track adoption across teams.
- Lead the AI Research Tooling pilot: evaluate and roll out AI-powered tools, support synthetic users, and drive adoption of AI moderation and automated synthesis for faster insights.
- Build and manage the research knowledge infrastructure: centralized insights repository, intake/triage workflows, templates, and governance for consistent research quality.
- Scale and maintain the B2B and B2C Customer Panel: recruit pipelines, vendor relationships,



and engagement cadences to reach 1,100+ verified participants.
- Provide recommendations for research tooling and cost efficiencies: assess software usage, renewals, and consolidation opportunities across the stack.
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks: improve workflows, intake processes, and tooling to increase throughput.Responsabilidades
- 10+ years in research operations, UX research, or related operational role in product/technology
- Proven track record building scalable research systems (intake workflows, knowledge repositories, governance)
- Experience designing training curricula to upskill non-researchers (designers, product managers)
- Strong ability to manage multiple programs with cross-functional stakeholders; prioritization and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with research/operations tools: Pendo, Maze, Qualtrics, Airtable, Figma
- Comfort balancing research rigor with operational pragmatism to protect quality at scale
