Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead and evolve AXA’s Password Robustness Product to identify weak credentials, enable secure remediation, and prevent weak passwords across global environments. You will work within AXA Group Security to drive automated scanning, reporting, and enforcement, partnering with security specialists, technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. You’ll shape the product roadmap, automate processes, and coordinate incidents and changes in a truly international setting. This is a hands-on, impact‑driven role in a tech‑led transformation aimed at strengthening AXA’s security posture at scale.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Drive daily delivery and ongoing evolution of the Password Robustness Product across AXA
- Support password scanning, secure reporting, remediation, and enforcement across diverse environments
- Shape the product roadmap from security priorities, business needs, user feedback, and vendor releases
- Automate processes to improve service quality, efficiency, and controls
- Coordinate incidents, changes, requests, and escalations to maintain service levels
- Onboard new technologies, systems, and AXA entities to expand product coverage

- Contribute to audit and risk remediation ensuring product controls and policies remain effective
- Create clear product content such as technical documentation and release information
- Communicate technical topics to both specialist and non‑technical audiences

- Significant IT experience in a large, international, or complex organization
- Experience in information security, cybersecurity operations, security products, or related field
- Strong understanding of password security, authentication, encryption, and policy best practices
- Experience supporting technical products or services through delivery, change, incident management, or project work
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate resolutions across teams
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a global environment
- Strong analytical, planning, documentation, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with technical teams, vendors, security professionals, and senior stakeholders
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a plus
