We are looking for a Chef de Partie, Bakery to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of breads, viennoiseries and bakery products, ensuring high quality and consistency. Working closely with the Chief Baker, you will combine creativity and technical expertise while maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, safety and HACCP compliance.

Responsibilities

- Ensure the cleanliness, readiness and proper operation of equipment and work areas prior to production, in line with health and safety standards.
- Oversee the quality and availability of ingredients, materials and stock required for daily bakery production,
