You will work on challenging data and analytics problems, applying statistical, machine-learning and advanced analytical techniques while collaborating with technical teams and clients. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement Machine Learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems. * Apply statistical and data-mining techniques to analyse complex datasets. * Develop innovative algorithms and analytical solutions, including solutions from scratch where required. * Work with large datasets and relational databases. * Perform advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights. * Analyse issues, identify root causes and recommend effective solutions. * Translate complex analytical findings into clear and practical recommendations. * Collaborate with colleagues, technical teams and clients to deliver data-driven solutions. * Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Continuously explore new approaches, technologies and methodologies to improve analytical solutions.



* Strong experience in Python for Data Science, Machine Learning and advanced analytics. * Experience with R and/or Scala. * Strong understanding of statistical and data-mining techniques. * Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and advanced analytics. * Experience working with large datasets. * Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL. * Experience developing algorithms and analytical models. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to explain complex data and technical concepts clearly. * A quantitative/technical degree such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or equivalent experience.
