Join Us as a Project Manager - Labs – Make an Impact at the Forefront of Innovation The Project Manager - Labs provides tactical support for client-facing projects. Manages and supports project performance with specific emphasis on financial management of the program and progressive responsibility for client communications. Provides internal consultation on project management issues and identifies opportunities for process and efficiency improvement.



Identifies and escalates risks to project timelines and financial objectives for both internal goals and client expectations. This role will support the import of samples to the lab, and providing Project management support to the logistical tasks surrounding the clinical trials. We have successfully supported the top 50 pharmaceutical companies and more than 750 biotechs, spanning 2,700 clinical trials across 100+ countries in the last 5 years. What You'll Do: * Reviews sample documentation and demographic information, identifies discrepancies or missing information, and coordinates resolution of queries that may impact sample accessioning, testing, or data release. * Provides proactive, individualized support and routine study updates to anticipate issues, resolve challenges, and keep critical sample workflows on track. * Review requests for database imports for accuracy and consistency and provide accurate status information of all pending and completed database imports. * Investigate clinical trial ship
