Experteer Overview In this role, you will shape and drive global change strategies for CDu0026amp;O and DSu0026amp;AI initiatives within Pharma Ru0026amp;D, enabling adoption of new ways of working, processes, tools, and capabilities. You will partner with sponsors, leaders, and teams to deliver measurable business outcomes and sustain change across a integral program. You’ll apply structured change management and Agile practices to guide stakeholders through complex transformations and AI-enabled opportunities. and end-users • Orchestrate learning and enablement activities, aligning with learning partners to support adoption of new processes and tools • Define, monitor, and act on adoption and change success metrics to evaluate effectiveness • Lead change management across multiple initiatives or portfolios with prioritization and transparency Responsabilidades • University degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related discipline • Extensive experience (5–10+ years) in change management, communications, or organizational transformation • Strong understanding of Pharma Ru0026D environments, with experience supporting CDu0026O and DSu0026AI functions • Ability to develop leadership, stakeholder, and end-user materials • Experience applying structured change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Bayer Change Framework) Requisitos principales •
