Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients regarding complex telecommunications inquiries and service activations

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving billing, account management, and network service requests efficiently
• Stay updated on the latest telecommunications hardware and software products to provide accurate product consultations
• Document all interactions within the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and account history tracking
