In this role you lead TOMRA Food’s Field Service Engineers across Spain, blending people leadership with operational excellence to boost customer satisfaction and service growth. You drive team development while also optimizing field performance, customer relationships, and commercial opportunities. You will guide service delivery for installation, maintenance, and repair of sorting solutions and lead continuous improvement across the service organization. This is a mission-driven role at a global technology company.

Responsabilidades
- Act as first point of contact for team on organizational support and safety matters
- Lead, coach, and develop Field Service Engineers across Spain
- Oversee onboarding,



performance monitoring, and development plans
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning
- Support recruitment and succession planning
- Promote values, safety culture, and customer-first mindset
- Manage workloads, schedules, and field coverage for efficiency and wellbeing
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Drive service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty
- Identify service sales opportunities and upgrades
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Service teams to maximize value
- Handle escalated customer situations with timely resolution
- Monitor KPIs and drive improvement initiatives
- Develop business cases for operational/service improvements
- Participate in cross-functional projects and regional/global sharing of best practices
