We're a growing technology company hiring a Dutch Sales Representative to manage and grow our client portfolio across the Netherlands and Belgium. We offer a hybrid work model, full relocation support to Barcelona, and a fast start on 2 November 2026.

This role suits a confident, client-facing salesperson who wants to work in Dutch in an innovative tech environment while enjoying life in one of Europe's most vibrant cities.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full sales cycle with Dutch-speaking clients, from first contact to closing
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships by phone, email and video call
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads in the Dutch and Belgian markets
• Present our technology solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets
• Keep accurate pipeline and client records in our CRM
• Work closely with marketing,



account management and support teams to deliver an excellent client experience

What You Bring (Requirements)

• Native or fully fluent Dutch (written and spoken). This is mandatory
• Proven client-facing experience is mandatory: sales, account management, customer success, business development or similar
• Professional English (B2 or higher)
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working toward KPIs
• Available to start on 2 November 2026
