In this dynamic and international role, you'll collaborate with teams across borders, learn cutting-edge tools, and play a key part in creating seamless travel experiences. In this role, you'llProvide support to customers via phone, chat, and online portals on a diverse range of queries. Investigate customer questions, propose solutions, and follow up to ensure timely resolution. Build a broad understanding of Amadeus products and services to provide informed assistance. Collaborate closely with colleagues and other support teams to address complex issues. Maintain clear, friendly, and professional communication with customers.



Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and teamwork in a multilingual, dynamic environment. About the ideal candidateBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in customer service or helpdesk support roles. Background in the travel industry and familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS).Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and following through on commitments. Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn in an international environment.
