We're a growing technology company hiring a Dutch Sales Representative to manage and grow our client portfolio across the Netherlands and Belgium. This role suits a confident, client-facing salesperson who wants to work in Dutch in an innovative tech environment while enjoying life in one of Europe's most vibrant cities.

What You'll Do

- Manage the full sales cycle with Dutch-speaking clients, from first contact to closing
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships by phone, email and video call
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads in the Dutch and Belgian markets
- Present our technology solutions clearly and persuasively to decision-makers
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Keep accurate pipeline and client records in our CRM
- Work closely with marketing, account management and support teams to deliver an excellent client experience

What You Bring (Requirements)

- Native or fully fluent Dutch (written and spoken). This is mandatory




- Proven client-facing experience is mandatory: sales, account management, customer success, business development or similar
- Professional English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
- Target-driven, self-motivated and comfortable working toward KPIs
- Available to start on 2 November 2026
