Deliver outstanding customer support via emails;
Build strong and lasting customer relationships;
Handle sensitive customer data with care and security;
Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written);
At least 6 months experience in customer support is a must;
Tech-savvy, able to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues;




Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
Experience with CRM systems.

Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CET;
Opportunity to work fully remotely within the EU;
