Ready to launch or accelerate your career in SaaS sales? We’re partnering with Fonio.ai, a fast-growing AI company, and Fast Track Sales, a specialist sales training provider, to develop the next generation of sales talent through the SDR Academy.

Fonio.ai builds AI phone assistants for small and medium-sized businesses, helping them automate incoming calls, improve customer service, and capture more business opportunities. With over 10,000 customers and €15M+ in annual recurring revenue, the company is scaling rapidly across

European markets.

The goal is to identify motivated, high-potential candidates, equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed, and prepare them to join Fonio’s commercial team as Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

You don’t need a traditional sales background. What matters most is your communication, motivation,



resilience and willingness to learn.

How does the SDR Academy work?

The Academy is fully online and delivered by Fast Track Sales, founded by two Irish sales professionals: Donal and Ben, with hands-on experience in the industry.

Together with Fonio, we provide a practical training program based on Fonio’s vigente sales playbook, methodology, and expectations. You’ll learn how the company approaches prospects, structures sales conversations, and generates opportunities, so you can be ready to hit the ground running.

Depending on your background, you’ll follow one of three tracks:
- Non-Sales Bootcamp – 2 weeks:
For career switchers and candidates new to sales.
- Ramp-Up Acceleration Sprint – 1 week:
For candidates with some existing sales experience.
- VIP Fast-Track – 2 sessions:
For experienced SDRs who need a focused introduction to Fonio’s sales approach.
