About the role

Would you like to live in Málaga and work in customer service in Swedish? Our client is looking for Swedish-speaking agents to join its
Flex Team
. The team steps in wherever support is needed most across several projects. You won’t be tied to a single project. Your days will vary, and you’ll get to know a range of products and industries.

Projects you may work on include:
- Smartwatches for children:
support for a smartwatch and mobile service brand
- EV charging:
helping customers with charging boxes, charging, apps and troubleshooting
- Other Nordic projects as needs change

Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and administrative issues
- Document cases and follow up with customers




- Switch between projects as the team needs and get up to speed quickly on new products
- Help keep customer satisfaction and service quality high

What we’re looking for
- Fluent Swedish
, spoken and written
- Good English
skills
- Flexibility
and a willingness to work
varying hours
, e.g. days, evenings and some weekends as scheduled
- A quick learner who enjoys switching between tasks and projects
- A solution-oriented, service-minded person who stays calm under pressure
- Comfortable with computers. An interest in technology is a plus.
- Customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Knowledge of Norwegian is considered an advantage.
