An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Director, Material Sales - Europe to join the Boeing team in Amsterdam, Madrid, Hamburg, Frankfurt (Neu-Isenburg), Paris or London.
This position is hybrid.
This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, motivate, and coach a team of professional sales personnel in planning and executing sales campaigns and activities to sell the company’s offerings.
- Achieve team sales targets and Long Range Business Plans (LRBP) through new business development, growth of existing customer accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction with company products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with commercial aerospace customers, suppliers, peers, direct reports, and other stakeholders.
- Understand customer requirements to provide customized aircraft parts solutions for aircraft maintenance operations. Track solution progress and maintain company and customer situational awareness. Prioritize understanding customer needs
