SupportYourApp, a integral Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader, is seeking a T3 Support Engineer to join our multilingual team. This role offers fully remote work from EU regions and USD compensation.
You will troubleshoot complex issues, analyze logs, run queries on production databases, and coordinate with Engineering to implement fixes. Strong English, SQL, PHP/JS, and cloud experience are essential.
