BD is seeking a Senior Technical Support Specialist for General Customer Services in EMEA. You will act as the ultimate escalation expert, guiding advanced diagnostics and cross-functional resolution to deliver rapid, compliant support across our MedTech portfolio.
Based in AUT Vienna Handelskai with additional ESP San Agustin del Guadalix, you will lead knowledge governance, staff coaching, and improvements to increase first-contact resolution and overall service quality.
