GoodWe Europe is seeking a Service Engineer Iberia to handle Level 2 support, train Level 1 team, and coordinate with distributors and EPC partners in Iberia. You’ll interact with service, R&D;, and sales teams to resolve escalations.
Based in Madrid, the role involves remote and on-site training, commissioning, and troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on KPIs and customer satisfaction. Fluency in Spanish and English and a technical background are required.
