Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and growing revenue in key target markets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms. The role will collaborate closely with internal teams such as production, logistics,



and finance to ensure that client requirements are feasible, cost-effective, and aligned with operational capabilities. The Business Development Manager will monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and support long-term partnerships. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Barcelona.

Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation to build and maintain profitable customer portfolios.
