About the Role

We are looking for a proactive
Technical Support Engineer
with experience in Android application development to support our European customers across payment terminal operations, application development, system integration, and technical troubleshooting.

You will serve as a key technical contact between customers and our internal R&D;, QA, and product teams, helping ensure the smooth implementation and stable operation of our payment solutions. Your scope will cover terminal hardware and software, as well as supporting platforms, including
terminal management systems and key injection systems.

What You’ll Do
- Own customer technical issues from initial investigation through to resolution
,



providing remote support and on-site assistance across Europe when required.
- Support customers with Android application development, system integration, and the use of payment terminal hardware and software.
- Provide guidance and troubleshoot issues across supporting platforms, including terminal management systems and key injection systems.
- Act as a key technical interface between clients and internal teams, helping to resolve issues, support product integration, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with R&D;, QA, and product teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve technical issues, keeping customers and internal stakeholders clearly informed throughout the process.
- Review and provide feedback on requirements, specifications, and technical designs to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and meet customer needs.
