Your Task

This position is for a professional with extensive experience in the direction and management of SAP projects in healthcare environments, leading digital transformation initiatives, implementation, evolution and support of corporate solutions for hospitals and health organizations. The role specializes in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing stakeholders and aligning technological objectives with healthcare and business needs.
Responsibilities

Project Management:
- Comprehensive management of SAP projects
- Planning, monitoring and control of scope, costs, risks and deadlines
- Supplier management and coordination of functional, technical and business teams
- Definition and execution of testing, migration and production strategies
- Change management, user adoption and communication with high-level stakeholders
- Preparation of monitoring reports and executive reporting

SAP Project Coordination:




- Manage implementation and evolution projects on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
- Manage SAP solutions aimed at the healthcare sector
- Oversee SAP FI/CO, MM, SD modules and their integrations
- Manage projects related to SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM
- Coordinate integrations between SAP and third-party corporate systems

Healthcare-Specific Responsibilities:
- Apply in-depth knowledge of hospital and care processes
- Manage patients, admissions, discharges, care episodes and clinical circuits
- Manage hospital billing and healthcare funding projects
- Coordinate interoperability initiatives between clinical and administrative systems
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and requirements in the healthcare field

SAP IS-H Project Management:
- Lead SAP IS-H implementation, evolution and support projects
- Manage admission processes, patient movement, episode management and healthcare billing
