About the Role

We are looking for a practical, creative and organised Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our marketing and communications activities.

Your main responsibilities will be creating visual content, editing videos and helping deliver digital marketing campaigns.

You will also support our websites, online training platform (ROCCO U), webinars and occasional industry events.

This is a hands-on position. We are looking for someone who can produce good-quality work, use digital tools confidently and manage tasks independently.

We are more interested in what you can demonstrate than the qualifications you hold.

Essential Skills

1. Graphic Design

You should be able to:

· Create professional graphics for social media, websites, presentations and marketing campaigns.





· Work confidently with Canva, Adobe or similar design tools.

· Adapt designs to different formats while maintaining consistent branding.

Evidence required: Provide 2–3 examples of designs you have personally created, explaining which tools you used. They do not have to be in English, but it helps.

2. Video Editing

You should be able to:

· Edit promotional videos, interviews, webinars and training videos.

· Add titles, subtitles, music and branding.

· Prepare videos for websites, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.

Evidence required: Share 1–2 examples of videos you have edited, explaining what you personally did and which software you used. They do not have to be in English, but it helps.

3. Digital Marketing

You should be able to:

· Create, schedule and publish social media posts, particularly on LinkedIn.

· Prepare and distribute email marketing campaigns.

· Update website content.
