Specialist, CES
About This Role
Client Engagement Services (CES) Specialists provide world-class service by engaging directly with clients or internal stakeholders across Gartner to coordinate requests with Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analysts. Successful Specialists demonstrate a passion for client service, strong problem-solving skills in complex scenarios, and a willingness to learn with a high degree of ambition and drive.

In the role of CES Specialist, you will act as a connector between internal and external Clients and the Gartner Analyst community to problem solve around our clients most pressing technology and business-related questions and problems.

What You’ll Do
- Interprets client needs and identifies the most relevant Gartner Analyst to fulfill the request
- Provides research and resources to business leaders to help improve their businesses
- Partners with internal stakeholders on client needs
- Reads industry research and develops understanding of complex topics
- Provides executive level customer service




- Builds strong working relationships with the Gartner Business & Technology Insights Analyst community and receives unlimited access to all Gartner research content

What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience in proactive problem solving with complex scenarios
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Analytical mindset
- Strong business acumen
- Great written and verbal (live) communication skills, able to adjust style based on audience
