Your Task

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, whose primary mission will be the management and administration of the organization's compensation and benefits. The candidate must have experience in implementing and controlling compensation programs, ensuring external competitiveness and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- Manage wage compensation systems, including the salary structure and ancillary benefits
- Manage incentive plans, and variable compensation, ensuring their proper implementation and alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate benefit management and versátil compensation plan
- Advise managers and the management team on compensation and benefits, providing data and analysis for decision-making
- Keep compensation and benefits policies and procedures up to date in accordance with current regulations




- Collaborate with the payroll area to ensure the correct execution of payments and the administration of benefits
- Prepare reports and metrics on compensation costs, benefits and financial impact analysis
- Support internal communication about compensation and benefits programs to ensure that all employees understand the details and benefits of available plans
- Ensure compliance with legal and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits
Your Profile

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist with extensive experience in compensation program management, strong analytical capabilities, and expertise in salary data analysis and benefits administration.
Must Have Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, with a focus on compensation and benefits
- Knowledge in salary data analysis and market studies
- Familiarity with labor and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits
- High level of English (test will be taken to validate knowledge)
