Experteer Overview As Metro Procurement Leader, you drive end-to-end procurement, contracting, and supplier management for a portfolio of data center projects, delivering value, continuity, and risk mitigation. You will partner with engineering, construction, finance, and operations to align priorities, lead complex negotiations, and ensure compliant, cost-effective delivery. You enable predictable project outcomes through data-driven insight and strategic supplier governance, while shaping a culture of delivery excellence. Compensaciones / Incentivos • Drive procurement governance, compliance, supplier audits, and scalable processes across regions • Own SLA strategy, negotiation, governance, escalation management, and contingency planning • Lead risk identification and corrective actions with stakeholders and suppliers to strengthen resilience • Build and mentor high-performing procurement teams aligned with Microsoft culture and leadership principles • Provide executive leadership on procurement, pricing, contract execution, change order governance, claims,



supplier performance, and safety compliance • Execute multi-year sourcing strategies across strategic categories to optimize cost and continuity • Lead complex contract and commercial negotiations and drive scalable sourcing outcomes through cross-functional collaboration • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive consensus on commercial priorities Responsabilidades • Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance or related field with proven experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain, or operation OR Bachelor's Degree in the same fields with equivalent experience • Ability to meet Microsoft background check requirements (Microsoft Cloud Background Check) • Experience in data-driven procurement, risk management, and supplier governance Requisitos principales • relocation support
