* Strong experience as a Service Delivery Manager in enterprise IT services. * Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills. * Experience with service governance, reporting, risk management and escalation. * Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and multi-company teams. * Fluent Spanish. * Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid. * University degree, FP qualification or equivalent professional experience in IT, Engineering, Business Management or a related discipline. * English, AWS/cloud-service delivery, banking-sector experience and ITIL certification will be valued. * Workplace: Hybrid model in Madrid, with two days per week at the client site.
