INSTER - Grupo Oesía seeks a Senior RF & Antenna Systems Lead to guide the end-to-end development of phased array antennas for defence and space programmes. You will define architectures, drive AESA designs across X and S bands, and ensure seamless integration with radar and comms systems. You will coordinate with mechanical, RF, firmware, software, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, while supporting verification, validation, and industrialization activities in ECSS-driven environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
