The
National Sales Director
will be responsible for defining and implementing the national sales strategy, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability and market development objectives.

This role will play a key part in leading and developing the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will strengthen relationships with strategic customers, identify new business opportunities and ensure that commercial activities remain aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

*1. Sales Strategy and Business Development*
- Define, implement and oversee the national sales strategy in close collaboration with the Managing Director.
- Establish sales targets and objectives related to revenue growth, customer portfolio development and profitability, ensuring regular monitoring of performance.
- Identify new market opportunities, growth sectors and potential strategic customers.
- Drive business development within the existing customer base through customer retention,



cross-selling and the expansion of product and solution offerings.
- Monitor market developments, industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and anticipate potential risks.
- Contribute to sustainable business growth by balancing sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.

*2. Sales Leadership and Team Development*
- Lead, coordinate and develop the national sales team, establishing clear objectives, priorities and expectations.
- Align sales managers and sales professionals with the company's overall commercial strategy.
- Support the team in developing strategic opportunities, conducting customer visits and managing key negotiations.
- Monitor individual and team performance, identifying development needs and opportunities for improvement.
