*When you join GAR, you join something bigger. Big in scale, big in opportunities to grow, and big in impact. With over 100,000 employees across 14 countries, spanning Asia, Europe, North America, and South America, Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) is one of the largest agribusinesses in the world. We manage over half a million hectares of palm oil plantations, including smallholder farms, across Indonesia. But our size is only part of the story. Since 1997, we’ve put sustainability at the centre of how we grow, working hand-in-hand with farmers, communities, and partners to deliver food, fuel, and a better future. We’re a seed-to-shelf business rooted in palm oil, now expanding across other essential crops like sugar, soybean, sunflower, and coconut. Our people are our edge. We invest in them through integral opportunities, cross-border exposure, and continuous learning, because growing a better business starts with growing our people. Here, your career feeds something meaningful for the planet, people, and generations to come.*
