We are currently looking for a Tender Manager to join one of our international clients in the industrial sector, based in either Spain.

What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Solid experience managing complex bid and proposal processes for multinational clients and large-scale projects.
- Background in critical infrastructure, engineering services, industrial solutions, or technically driven environments.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented professional with a structured and process-driven approach.
- Experience overseeing the full opportunity lifecycle, from qualification and proposal development through to contract handover and execution.
- Professional fluency in English (C1 or above).

What will you do?
- Drive and coordinate strategic bidding activities across a portfolio of key accounts.
- Partner with commercial, technical, and operational teams to develop compelling and competitive proposals.




- Lead proposal planning and submission processes, ensuring high quality standards and timely delivery.
- Support business growth initiatives by contributing to bid strategies and customer engagement plans.
- Act as a central point of coordination between all internal stakeholders involved in the pursuit process.
- Monitor performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and promote best practices across bid management activities.
- Ensure smooth collaboration throughout the sales cycle while maintaining a strong focus on customer expectations and business objectives.
