Your Task

The Senior ServiceNow Consultant will play a key role in the technical implementation and customization of the ServiceNow ITSM platform, supporting solution design and ensuring that the platform follows ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Configuration and development within a domain separated ServiceNow instance
- Development of business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies
- Support of ServiceNow integrations with external systems
- Participation in technical design discussions
- Collaboration with stakeholders and project teams
- Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Your Profile

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant with strong technical expertise in ServiceNow ITSM platform development, deep knowledge of ITSM processes,



and experience with enterprise implementations in domain separated environments.
Must Have Skills
- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development
- Deep knowledge of ITSM processes
- Experience with domain separated ServiceNow environments
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification - mandatory
- English - professional working proficiency
Nice to Have Skills
- CIS ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management) certification
- German language skills
