As we expand our services, we are launching a new business area: the GPV (Field Merchandising) Service.

THE ROLE

The
Senior Field Merchandising Service Manager
is responsible for building, leading and growing our new GPV Service at current market in Spain. Working closely with the client,



he/she will translate the Retail Excellence strategy into clear field tasks, manage the external GPV provider, and make sure every store visit delivers measurable value, from in-store execution to In-House Data collection.

A detail-oriented self-starter with a strong field and vendor management background, he/she demonstrates excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills to work effectively with the client, the external provider and our internal teams.

The responsibilities of the role:
- Lead the new GPV Service end to end: processes, KPIs, reporting and service standards.
- Translate the client’s Retail Excellence strategy into clear tasks and briefings for the GPVs.
- Plan and manage the Journey Plan (coverage, frequency, routing) around launches and campaigns.
- Manage the external GPV provider: KPIs, SLAs, GPV performance and improvement plans.
- Control the service budget and negotiate provider cos
