Our range spans aluminium luggage and leather bags to commuter and cabin essentials. We sell online and through our own stores, including a flagship in a historic building on London's Regent Street and a second store in Covent Garden, and we have been featured in Forbes, the New York Post and Business Insider. We are opening an internship programme so interns can take on real responsibility and learn how a growing consumer brand runs behind the scenes, from the warehouse floor to the customer's inbox.

What you will be doing:

Operations Assistant Interns keep orders moving, from inbound shipments and warehouse checks to customer queries. You will be a key support to the operations team, making sure products arrive, orders are accurate and customers are looked after.



Along the way you will learn how a consumer brand operates from the inside and see how logistics, data and customer service fit together. This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona, and you can start immediately.

Day-to-day responsibilities are:

• Helping book in shipments: coordinating inbound deliveries and keeping the team informed of arrivals and delays

• Checking orders at the warehouse: verifying stock and orders against our records so any discrepancies are caught early

• Data input: entering and maintaining accurate order, stock and customer information

• Customer success and customer service: answering customer queries, helping resolve issues and keeping customers updated on their orders

• Supporting day-to-day business operations and internal processes, and suggesting improvements as you learn how things work
