Associate Director
specialized in
Finance Transformation
, combining strategic vision, commercial capabilities and delivery experience.

The role is designed for a senior professional who can act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Finance leadership teams, identify transformation opportunities and translate them into compelling value propositions and executable transformation programs.

We are particularly interested in experience across
Finance Transformation, Finance Target Operating Models, Global Business Services (GBS) and Global Capability Centers (GCC)
, as well as the application of
AI and Generative AI
as levers to reinvent Finance processes and services.

The position is based in




Madrid or Barcelona
under a hybrid working model, combining remote working with office-based collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic conversations with CFOs, Finance executives and other senior stakeholders around the reinvention of the Finance function.
- Define Finance Target Operating Models connecting processes, people, organization, governance, capabilities, data, technology and AI.
- Shape transformation opportunities into commercial propositions, business cases, roadmaps and executable programs.
- Combine business development responsibilities with delivery leadership, ensuring alignment between the value proposition presented to the client and the subsequent execution of the transformation.
