PEAK Wind is seeking an Asset & Contracts Manager to lead contract and commercial management for a 500 MW operating onshore wind portfolio.

Introducing the Asset Management Team

You will become part of our Asset Management team in Spain, working with colleagues and external specialists across technical, financial and commercial disciplines to support the successful operation of renewable energy assets. The team works collaboratively, shares knowledge and combines specialist expertise to deliver value for our clients and their portfolios.

You will report to the Project Operations Director and be based in PEAK Wind’s Zaragoza office. From the start of operations onwards, you will act as the local point for contract performance, commercial governance and stakeholder coordination.

How You Will Make an Impact

As an Asset & Contracts Manager, you will oversee key interfaces with contractors, consultants,



suppliers, EPC parties, offtakers and other third parties, ensuring contractual obligations are met and commercial risks are proactively managed. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage key service providers and operating contracts, including TSA, O&M;, BoP O&M;, PPA, market agent, consultancy, engineering, supply and other third-party agreements.
- Monitor contract performance, ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, regulatory, permitting, lease and PPA obligations, and proactively identify risks, deviations and improvement opportunities.
- Lead the preparation, management and resolution of claims, notices, variations, warranty matters and disputes arising from service failures, underperformance or contract breaches.
- Prepare robust contractual and commercial positions, supported by evidence, technical inputs and legal or specialist advice where required.
