We are looking for a proactive and analytical
E-Commerce Specialist
to join our Iberian E-Commerce team, supporting the growth and performance of our digital channels across Spain and Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Performance & Conversion Optimization
- Monitor and analyze key eCommerce KPIs, including traffic, conversion rate, bookings and revenue.
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales performance and customer experience.
- Prepare regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of conversion optimization initiatives.

2. Website Content & Digital Merchandising
- Coordinate and validate local website and app content, to ensure alignment with commercial priorities.
- Support the execution of local and cross-border campaigns, promotional activities and digital merchandising initiatives.
- Coordinate content updates, landing pages and local personalization initiatives; and identify opportunities to improve content relevance

3. SEO & Local Digital Visibility




- Support the implementation of SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic.
- Coordinate the optimization of local business profiles through Google Business Profile.
- Monitor local search visibility, content accuracy and online reputation

4. CRM & Digital Marketing Coordination
- Analyze local CRM campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve customer engagement and sales.
- Collaborate with CRM and Digital Marketing teams to align campaigns with local commercial priorities.
- Support local customer personalization initiatives and campaign targeting.

5. Website Functionality & Customer Experience
- Regularly monitor website and app functionality, identifying issues affecting the booking journey and customer experience.
- Coordinate incident reporting, follow-up and resolution with Group E-Commerce and IT teams.
