Your Task

We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in managing and consulting complex software projects. The person who joins the team must have experience leading technical profiles, ideally, in projects within the field of healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex projects in the Healthcare field
- Oversee the technological, financial and human resources of the project, as well as its scope
- Identify and manage risks and problems related to the project or team
- Measure, track, evaluate and communicate project progress
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and timely delivery
- Manage the expectations of stakeholders and their satisfaction
- Lead project teams
- Participate in pre-sales processes in the public health sector, leading the process from start to finish and collaborating in the preparation of the chapters of the offer




- Assist in the application of implementation development methodologies and in the use of health standards
Your Profile

We are looking for a professional with extensive experience in managing and consulting complex software projects, particularly in the healthcare field. The adecuado candidate must have proven experience leading technical teams and working on healthcare-related projects.
Must Have Skills
- University degree
- More than 10 years of experience as a project manager in the healthcare field
- Consultancy experience and preparation of proposals, offers and documentation (RFP, RFI) in IT Health environments
- Ability to analyze processes and manage complex projects
- Understanding of needs in the healthcare context (Primary Care, HIS, Departmental Care, Medical Imaging, Pharmacy, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams in the field of software development and implementation of technological services
- Willingness to travel on time
