About the Role
As a Senior Sales Professional at RIB Software, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation of the construction and engineering industries. RIB, a general leader in digitalization and cloud technologies for the built environment, empowers organizations to build smarter, faster, and more sustainably through innovative solutions like RIB Presto. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing named accounts, identifying customer requirements, delivering against sales targets, and strengthening long‑term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth within a defined portfolio of strategic accounts by identifying customer needs, shaping tailored solutions, and consistently achieving sales targets.
- Lead the complete sales cycle with key industry clients, including builders, engineering firms, EPCs, developers, installers, large contractors, and owners, to accelerate the adoption of RIB Presto and other RIB solutions.
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with executive and C‑level stakeholders,



acting as a trusted advisor throughout their digital transformation journey.
- Proactively generate new pipeline opportunities through C‑suite engagement, targeted outreach, and influential presentations, demos, and workshops.
- Conduct thorough account research, identify key decision‑makers, and create engagement across multiple channels to drive interest and momentum.
- Clearly communicate the value, ROI, and competitive advantage of RIB’s integrated lifecycle management solutions.
- Develop strategic Account Plans and multi‑year growth roadmaps aligned with customer objectives and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with resellers and channel partners to support their sales activities and maximize cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across target accounts.
