The role involves designing comprehensive learning strategies, conducting performance analysis, and evaluating training effectiveness to support organizational learning objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop technical and non-technical instructional activities across various media formats
- Partner with internal stakeholders to create end-to-end training strategies and define success metrics
- Conduct job and task analysis to establish training objectives and evaluate program effectiveness
- Test and validate instructional design with learners and stakeholders; oversee vendor or contractor training development




- Use evaluation data to improve program design and communicate best practices across business units

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- Six years of adult learning experience designing courses with multiple delivery methods
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, learning management systems, and tools like Articulate or Captivate
- Strong written and verbal communication with consultative relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage project schedules and lead organizational change
- Knowledge of learning theory, adult training development, and LMS technology deployment
