The role involves managing client inquiries, coordinating shipments, maintaining databases, and ensuring regulatory compliance for temperature-controlled pharmaceutical deliveries across clinical studies.
Responsibilities
Process client inquiries, bookings, and reports via phone and email
Create orders in World Courier system and maintain clinical trial databases
Monitor shipments, track temperature compliance, and communicate deviations to clients
Compile daily, weekly, and monthly study-specific reports and performance metrics
Determine appropriate shipping solutions and ensure compliance with ADR/DGR/AITA regulations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
Fluent English proficiency, written and verbal
B2B customer service experience, preferably international
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time management skills
Logistics or pharmaceutical sector experience preferred
