Responsibilities
Oversee clinical trial budget allocation and ensure efficient resource management
Develop monitoring plans and tools to ensure effective study oversight
Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates to optimize performance
Drive enrollment activities and lead study start-up to meet timelines
Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventative action plans
Requirements
~ Minimum 4+ years clinical trial management experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical organization
~ Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field
~10+ years relevant experience in clinical trial management
~ Ability to manage competing priorities and develop team capability
~ Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required
~ Preferred: 2+ years monitoring experience
~ Preferred: Experience managing complex or integral trials end-to-end
