Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical trial budget allocation and ensure efficient resource management
- Develop monitoring plans and tools to ensure effective study oversight
- Train and mentor Clinical Research Associates to optimize performance
- Drive enrollment activities and lead study start-up to meet timelines
- Review trip reports and implement corrective and preventative action plans

Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years clinical trial management experience at a CRO or pharmaceutical organization
- Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field
- 10+ years relevant experience in clinical trial management
- Ability to manage competing priorities and develop team capability
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% as required
- Preferred: 2+ years monitoring experience
- Preferred: Experience managing complex or integral trials end-to-end
