At Melt Group, we are currently partnering with a leading multinational technology organization to recruit an IT Support Specialist for a key role based in Equatorial Guinea.
This position will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, availability, and continuous improvement of large-scale, mission-critical systems supporting national-level operations. The environment combines infrastructure, software platforms, and field operations across a distributed network of sites.
IICS infrastructure deployments, installations, maintenance, administration and troubleshooting.
Perform IICS new releases testing.
Reconfigure servers, routers and switches to continuously improve High Availability features.
Monitor and maintain servers, computer systems, networks, backup systems and all hardware.
Reconfigure databases to maintain data retention, redundancy, security and confidentiality.
Develop custom tools to help with installation, maintenance, support and reporting objectives.




Provide IICS Training to internal staff and to the clientele (government officials).
Provide general IT Support and consultation to all departments in the organization.
Manage all phases of any ad-hoc IT project that may be requested by upper management.
Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter to apply principles of hardware and software-related systems and computer science.
Must have excellent reading, writing and speaking abilities in the English language;

French language skills may also be required based on Field Placement;

Experience with Biometric Technologies or Data Mining is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Fluent English required;

French is a plus depending on location.
