We are looking for a Bell Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will provide warm, efficient and professional service throughout the guest journey, assisting with luggage, guest transportation and room escorts while creating a welcoming and memorable first impression.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist them throughout their arrival and departure.
- Handle and deliver guest luggage with care, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience.
- Escort guests to their rooms and introduce them to the hotel’s facilities and services.
- Assist with transportation arrangements, including taxis, transfers and luggage loading.
- Respond to guest requests and work closely with Front Office,
