We are looking for a Coordinator, Front Office to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will provide warm, professional and efficient service throughout the guest stay, handling check-in and check-out, guest requests, payments and other Front Office activities while maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Support daily HR and administrative tasks, including rosters, leave forms and lunch planning.
- Manage the main Front Office inbox and respond to guest and internal requests.
- Coordinate with guests and hotel departments to ensure timely follow-up.
- Support daily Front Office procedures, including check-in and check-out documentation.
- Manage Marriott tools
