Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Team Lead to join our EMEA Sales Team. In this player-coach role, you will be responsible for both (1) driving outbound prospecting and meeting generation within your territory and (2) leading, coaching, and supporting a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to deliver consistent, high-quality pipeline for the local Field Sales Representative.
The successful candidate will balance individual performance with team development,



setting the standard for effective prospecting while helping SDR’s build the skills, confidence and discipline needed to succeed.
Job Responsibilities
SDR Team Leadership, Coaching and Development
Lead, coach, and support a team of SDRs to achieve outbound activity goals, conversion targets, and qualified meeting outcomes. Run team operating cadence including huddles, 1:1s, call coaching, pipeline/territory reviews. Provide ongoing enablement: objection handling, messaging refinement, call/email/LinkedIn feedback, role-plays, and best-practice sharing. Help develop and refine SDR processes, playbooks, training materials and onboarding resources. Support the onboarding and training of new SDR’s, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and habits required to become productive quickly.
