Reporting into the senior leadership, with real scope to shape how the function scalesThe role in brief:Own and optimise the end-to-end O2C/AR process globallyLead automation initiatives with a goal of a fully automated billing and revenue workflowManage and develop a high-performing AR team (on-site and remote)Own the control environment — compliance, risk, month/quarter/year-end closePartner with ERP, Legal, Sales, and BI stakeholdersWhat they're xhfqzwm looking for:3–5+ years in accounting/AR, ideally in a scale-up environmentERP implementation or optimisation experienceStrong grasp of IFRS and/orHGBProven people management skillsEnglish fluency essential; German and/or Spanish aplus
