and ensuring exceptional quality—this role is for you.Position responsibilitiesPerform final quality checks on deliverables prior to project completion and authorize sign-off for deliveryReview documents for quality errors and inconsistencies with a strong focus on names, numbers, missing text, punctuation/spelling, and generalLeverage all appropriate supplementary materials (style guides, reference materials, glossaries, etc.) to ensure all deliverables align with client instructionsCollaborate closely with involved stakeholders such as internal teams (Production, Client Services, etc.) and external vendors (freelance translators, proofreaders, etc.) to resolve issues quickly and efficientlyProvide clear feedback that helps improve future project qualityDocument issues through corrective action processes to drive continuous improvementDeliver final projects to clients via their preferred platforms, following client guidelines and conducting quality checks on completeness to ensure all necessary files and materials
