You will work closely with the Head Surety Europe to set the local market strategy and tactical guidance, lead the distribution with key clients and brokers, and execute business in line with our strategic ambitions and defined portfolio strategy. As Senior Underwriter on the ground,



you will be part of the regional Surety leadership team as well as the first point of contact to the Head Iberia.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering towards our business growth ambition for Surety Iberia by defining and executing on priorities of key ongoing and future business initiativesUnderwriting for new and existing clients in a senior portfolio in accordance with internal guidelines while maintaining highest standards of client satisfactionIndependently acquire and handle client relationships, originate and process business opportunities with particular focus on client's needs and quality of serviceAnalyse new business opportunities by accurately assessing credit and transactional risks, legal due diligence, following Swiss Re's processes and guidelinesDevelop
