is looking for a Technical Service Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will support customers during both pre‑sales and post‑sales phases, combining traditional technical competencies with the use of advanced AI‑based technologies, already adopted within the department to increase speed, accuracy, and effectiveness of customer support.

Responsibilities

Pre-sales Support:

· Collaborate with the sales team by providing technical assistance and guidance in selecting the right solutions for customer needs.

· Conduct basic technical training for customers and partners on CAREL solutions.

· Assist in configuring systems and solutions for HVAC and refrigeration applications.

Post-sales Support:

· Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electronic devices, PLCs, IoT systems, and monitoring platforms.

· Provide both remote and on-site technical assistance to customers to ensure the proper functioning of installe
